What's Guardio?

Guardio is a B2C cybersecurity startup offering security and privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for yourself, your parents, family, and friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. We try and avoid buzzwords, but sometimes those keywords are necessary: we help our customers avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, financial scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, data leaks, and a whole lot more.

Guardio is a relatively small company (we just passed 70 people) on a rapid growth path, and we’re looking for core team members to join our Growth team. We already have well over a million registered customers and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.

So, what's the job?

We are seeking an experienced Performance Creative Manager to join Guardio’s User acquisition team.

You will:

• Shape Guardio’s creative journey, transforming initial concepts into final ads. Boost user acquisition by bringing innovative solutions and creative enhancements
• Lead the development of both video and static content, creating ads that not only resonate with our audience but also convert them.
• Initiate experimentation and A/B testing to elevate our campaign performance to new heights.
• Collaborate seamlessly across a diverse range of departments including influencers, video, design, product, copywriting, data analysis, and more.

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in creative management, with startup experience being an advantage.
• Well-versed in current social media trends, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ability to get impactful insights from analytics.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Understanding the web cyber-security landscape, vulnerabilities, and attack surfaces is an advantage.
• Editing, design, and commercial directing experience are all advantages.
