The role

The position requires high motivation and lots of energy. Working closely with Kaltura’s business and delivery teams.

As part of this role, you will lead end-2-end processes and initiatives, own forecasting and capacity planning aspects of the CX division with close collaboration with the business units while running daily routines and making sure we deliver on time, on spec and on budget.

This role requires balancing strategic and operational demands, as well as excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving and communication skills. You will work closely with Executive team and senior management.

The day-to-day

• Identify process challenges, gaps, and missing procedures.
• Initiate new routines and process automations to optimize business and delivery activities.
• Analyze deals and projects activities to ensure profitability.
• Own daily routines of the delivery teams such as sprint planning, daily standups, retrospective etc’
• Focal point for both business and delivery teams to ensure hand over and successful delivery of projects quality and scope.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role for Software/SaaS company
• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business Management or Industrial engineering.
• Deep understanding and knowledge in CRM (SalesForce an advantage)
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English.
• Very strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions.
• Experience in running end to end projects across multiple teams and functions.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sense of data and provide insights to different stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn, flexibility and tech savvy.

These would also be nice:

• Experience working with JIRA and project management tools
• Knowledge in automation and BI tools (automating processes, building dashboards, understanding trends etc’)
