DSP Firmware Engineer

About The Position

As a DSP Firmware Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing digital signal processing algorithms and implementing them in firmware for a variety of vision and ai applications. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-performance solutions in vision and ai products.

Responsibilities:

• Plan memory arrangement, data transfers, and pipelining of computation to maximize DSP utilization.
• Design, develop and integrate algorithms into DSP frameworks, including intrinsic optimization and performance analysis and evaluation, while meeting real-time constraints.
• Work in different SW environments, ranging from low-level embedded FW, kernel drivers and userspace, build-systems and infrastructure, and more.
  
  

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• 3+ years of R&D experience in Firmware development.
• Experience with the Embedded Stack: Firmware, Linux Kernel (Drivers), Linux User-mode.
• Proactive technical leadership, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  
  

• Experience with DSP frameworks and infrastructure.
• Experience in deep learning and deep learning development frameworks.
• Experience in computer vision algorithms and implementation on dedicated DSPs or proprietary accelerators.
