As the Senior Product Marketing Manager at aiOla, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our product marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will take a hands-on approach in driving our initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop compelling messaging, effectively position our products, and ensure seamless product launches. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance awareness, generate demand, and drive adoption of aiOla.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company
• Native English speaker- a must
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex concepts to various audiences
• Creative, motivated, and a team player, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passionate and talented in content creation, marketing, and communications, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage target audiences
• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over projects and initiatives

• Conduct thorough market, competitive, audience, and use case research to inform our marketing strategy and product development
• Take ownership of the messaging architecture of the company, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest customer, competitor, and market insights.
• Partner with the product team from inception to launch, considering company strategy, differentiators, and customer needs when developing product features
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with aiOla's business objective
• Define compelling value propositions for aiOla's speech-powered AI technology.
• Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the unique value of aiOla's technology, tailoring it to address various customer segments and target markets
• Produce high-quality marketing materials, sales collateral, and thought leadership content
• Lead successful product launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and driving go-to-market strategies
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product launches
• Develop customer references, case studies, and testimonials to showcase the success and value of aiOla's solutions
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement
