Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and yearly financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of annual US/IL tax reports
• Ensure accuracy over financial transactions
• Participation in the month-end closing process. Analyze balances/expenses
• Track monthly/quarterly US tax requirements by state
• Work with the external auditor during the year-end audits and quarterly reviews.
• Support the controller in all accounting-related activities
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects
• Cooperate with team members and colleagues for organizational support while maintaining excellent work relations and level of service.
  
  

• CPA from a Big 5 accounting firm, High-Tech department- Must
• Experience with Oracle Netsuite ERP/ working with ERP systems- Advantage
• Knowledge of US GAAP and State laws, experience working with US financial entities - Big plus
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent English skills - written and verbal
• Time and task management skills, ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a temporary position of 6-8 months, replacement for maternity leave
