About The Team
We are the central digital team at Edelman, part of Integrated Solutions division that includes data, planning and creative. We deliver digital communications and creative technology campaigns and programs across all Edelman practices.

The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Executive to join our team. You’ll be working on both B2B and consumer clients. The role includes community management, reporting, influencer research and management, as well as supporting the team on client tasks.
This role is an entry level role, where you’ll have a chance to learn and grow. Some experience or qualifications in digital, marketing or communications would be beneficial. However, we will be hiring on attitude as much as skill. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, jumps into tasks with enthusiasm and can stay on top of multiple projects. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within the role for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with a real passion for digital and social media, who can partner with their team, manage multiple deadlines, and ultimately ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Community management: monitoring social media channels natively and through platforms, escalating to clients, and responding in a timely manner.
- Support the team in managing social, content and influencer activity and digital programs across key clients.
- Assisting the team with research to inform client strategies, using tools and platforms, as well as desk research.
- Help co-ordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to execute projects.
- Take notes in status meetings and write up actions from client meetings.
- Support the team on collating results that inform social media and influencer reports.
- Ensure quality and consistency of work, collaborating closely with teams to deliver the work that is client ready and on time.
- Writing internal newsletter on social media and industry updates.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to write, with attention to detail, and good proactive communication, both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of the digital communications landscape.
- A curiosity to keep up with the digital trends in the social media and influencer space.
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience, such an internship, working on digital activities within an agency, or as an in-house in digital or social media would be advantageous, but not required.
- Experience or qualifications in digital, marketing or communications would be advantageous, but not required.
