Tech Support Engineer Tier 2-3

Cynet is looking for a Tier 2-3 Support Engineer to join our expanding Technical Support group in EMEA.

In this role, you will be part of the technical spearhead within our Global Technical Support organization and provide level-2 and level-3 technical support for Cynet products.

What will you do:

Cynet Technical Support group provides top-level technical support for worldwide clients and is responsible for:

• Installation, configuration, and fine-tuning of Cynet products remotely and on-site
• Working with customers to ensure full deployment and support
• Creating technical documentation and knowledge base for customers
• Providing formal remote and on-site training with on-the-job training to Cynet customers
• Providing Tier 2-3 support – including in-depth investigations and providing workarounds to various problems while meeting SLAs
• Working closely with the SoC and R&D teams to ensure quick resolution
• Understanding customer needs and helping to shape the Cynet product
  
  

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and server platforms with an emphasis on Windows Server
• Good knowledge of Linux distributions and or MacOS
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch service (Written and verbal)
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Networking protocols & Networking tools (TCP/IP, Wireshark, Telnet, Netstat, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving
• Team player and able to perform independent complex investigations
• Multi-tasking
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong fluency in the English language (written and verbal)
  
  

• Familiarity with the cybersecurity domain
• Experience working with Active Directory – Forests / Sites / Replication / Gpo etc.
• Experience working with SCCM, SIEM, and other assets management solutions
• Experience with Databases, ELK & SQL queries
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, batch, bash, python)
