Lead Product Manager

One of our clients - A cyber security start-up in Tel Aviv, is looking for a Lead Product Manager.

The company was founded two years ago by four senior pounders in 8200.

Location: Tel Aviv - Rothschild (Work 4 days from the office and one day from home)

The product acts as an advanced security system for safeguarding a company's critical information in the cloud, compared to protecting digital gold. It includes features like Automatic Discovery, which locates all vital data throughout the cloud, Classification to tag data based on sensitivity, Monitoring to observe real-time data usage, and Protection to maintain data integrity against changes or replication. This solution ensures that a company's essential information is kept secure within the fast-moving, dynamic cloud environment, facilitating safe operational growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the VP of Product and collaborate closely with another product manager to delineate distinct product areas.
• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for cyber areas, focusing on innovation and maximizing product value.
• Engage in hands-on, inbound activities, including close collaboration with development teams, designers, and various company stakeholders.
• Influence the product's direction, from ideation to launch, based on an in-depth understanding of our customers, market, and organizational goals.
• Play a pivotal role in outbound activities such as Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and creating insightful blog posts to enhance our market presence.

What You'll Bring:

• Mandatory experience in cyber companies.
• A technical background is required; a degree in computer science is preferred.
• Proven track record of creating product roadmaps and strategizing enhancements for tech products.
• Prior experience with cloud products is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a talent for leading cross-functional initiatives.
