Information Systems Admin

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian admin (Jira, Confluence, JSM), to support our implementation of Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments.

You will join our amazing ALM Tools Team that manages Atlassian and other ALM tools to support all areas of the organization from R&D to Operations!

You will be responsible for requirements gathering and implementing business process workflows for over 4000 users all over the organization, from R&D to Operations, to be more efficient, effective, and collaborative.

What your job will look like:

• As Information Systems Admin you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our organization.
• Support Jira, Confluence and JSM administration, including creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, permissions schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports.
• Work with various add-ons of Jira and confluence such as Structure, ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, CF++, JMWE, Xray etc.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the business processes that are supported by Jira.
• Perform requirements gathering, business process workflows, and process improvement for Jira or Confluence workflows and processes in place, identifying where functionality can/cannot meet user requests.
• Conduct training for employees on Jira and Confluence regarding how to use the tools, new functionality, etc.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as Jira/Atlassian admin or other ALM application.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in process development, workflow management
• Experience with ScriptRunner, Xray, EazyBi, and Structure - big advantage
• Experience on both Data Centers and Cloud environments - big advantage
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Python, etc - advantage
• Experience in Jira REST API development – advantage
• Prior experience in a development environment and/or R&D – advantage
