Legal Officer

Legal officer is responsible to support, advise and guide all Citi Israel Businesses, products and activity across a broad range of practice areas. Counsel role includes providing legal support to Citi entities offshore acting in Israel or facing Israeli clients; Performing legal tasks related to Global projects, regional tasks; Supporting banking account documentation and activity, global and local contracts with clients and third parties; Managing internal legal processes, regulatory and legal updates, and representing Legal in internal committees.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience
• Valid Israeli Bar license to practice law in Israel
• Banking/financial industry experience or experience working at a large law firm
• Comprehensive knowledge of Israeli laws and practices, including banking laws
• Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication both in Hebrew and English
• Proven analytical and organizational skills, team work

• Bachelor's degree/University degree
