Intellectual Property Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our paralegal team.

As an Intellectual Property Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our intellectual property practice by assisting attorneys and clients in various IP-related matters. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to the protection and management of our intellectual property assets.

Responsibilities:

♟️Preparing and filing legal documents: Assist in drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal documents such as patent applications, trademark registrations. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

♟️Managing intellectual property portfolios: Organize and maintain databases to track intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. 

♟️Monitor deadlines for filings, renewals, and other important dates. ♟️Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of required actions.

♟️Communication and collaboration: Liaise with clients, government agencies, and external counsel regarding intellectual property matters. 

♟️Provide timely updates, respond to inquiries, and facilitate smooth communication channels between all parties involved.

♟️Intellectual property research and analysis: Stay abreast of changes in intellectual property law, regulations, and industry trends. ♟️Conduct legal and market research to support the development and implementation of intellectual property strategies.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years prior experience in intellectual property law, either in a law firm or corporate legal department, dealing in particular with the ILPTO - must

- Strong understanding of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, and copyright.

- Proficiency in conducting legal research and utilizing relevant databases and online resources.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail in both Hebrew and English.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.

- Proficient in using legal software and technology tools for document management and research.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
