Cyber System Engineer

We seek a Cyber System Engineer for a global Israeli company specializing in developing technological solutions for military and civilian markets.

The company is stable and successful, even these days.

This is a new role that was previously outsourced. In this position, you will have end-to-end responsibility, starting from the planning stage, test plan preparation, defining and implementing cyber architecture for projects, and document writing, including working with clients and development teams.

The role will include:

• Defining, developing, and managing system security requirements.
• Designing and implementing detailed system security architecture.
• Writing requirement documents, design documents, procedures, and tests.
• Installing and operating security tools.
• Conducting tests on systems within the company and projects.
• Installing and maintaining security systems in-house and in external projects.
• Coordinating various engineering teams involved in cyber development.
• Leading design reviews such as TRR, SRR, PDR, CDR.

Requirements:

• Software/System Engineer background with Hands-on approach – Mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering on cybersecurity projects with significant training in various cyber domains – Mandatory
• Familiarity with the world of cryptography and PKI system management
• Training and courses in the field of cybersecurity
• Experience with KMS and HSM products
• Knowledge of security standards such as NIST, CIS, and Common Criteria.
