Bookkeeper

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage the financial aspects of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. This includes working closely with vendors and customers to resolve any issues.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify and maintain the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and generate accurate financial statements, reports, and summaries for management, as well as assist with financial audits.
• Monitor and control company expenses by reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax documents, such as VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain organized and efficient record-keeping systems to ensure compliance with financial regulations and facilitate audits.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and maintain accurate financial records.
  
  

• 6-7 years of experience as a bookkeeper with Level 3 certification.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with priority software.
• Background from a publicly traded company (huge advantage)
