Controller

HUB Security is a dynamic and rapidly growing cybersecurity company specializing in providing cutting-edge solutions for securing digital assets and data. With a strong focus on innovation and security, HUB Security is at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry. We are seeking a controller to join our team. As a controller at HUB, you will be:

• Responsible for day2day activities of the legal entity (as part of the group) from both accounting and statutory requirements.
• Responsible for the month-end closure activities along with the Bookkeeping department.
• Design and implement preventative and identifying controls aligned with the group’s finance department to strengthen and ensure accurate and on-time reporting.
• Liaise with the group’s external auditor for the quarterly, yearly, and frequent reports as required by the publicly traded company under the SEC.
• Familiar with both GAAPS- US & IFRS
• Reports to the group corporate controller.
  
  

• CPA- mandatory
• At least 2 years after an internship with an assistant controller/controller experience.
• Worked for a publicly traded company-a huge advantage.
