We are looking for a talented and experienced Bookkeeper to join growing our Finance team.

Perform the day-to-day Bookkeeping task

• Booking invoices according to company procedure for accounts payable
• Oversee credit cards, standing Order and proforma expenses
• Vendor’s reconciliations (including proforma invoices)
• Prepare and submit reports to the tax authorities (856)
• Ensure the books are in accordance with tax regulations and company guidelines
• Payment preparation
• Part of the monthly closing routines
• Manage supplier and customer master data
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience as Bookkeeper- Must
• Certified bookkeeper type 2/3
• Experience working with inventory at global company - an advantage
• Knowledge of setting up and performing all tax-relevant reports
• Experience working with ERP – preferred Priority
• English (oral and written)
• Independent, discrete, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Excellent organization skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, with a positive, can-do attitude
