What’s the role?
As the Director of Operations, you will step in to replace our VP of Operations during their leave, taking charge of Sayata’s internal processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and impactful operations. From HR and finance to IT and legal, you’ll support managers, enhance employee experiences, and oversee key operational functions.
This role demands a hands-on leader with strong execution skills, excellent communication abilities, and the adaptability to learn and act quickly.
Start date: April 2025
Duration:~7 months
Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize corporate operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
We have service providers for most activities, but you'll need to manage them
Examples: payroll, board resolutions, vendor payments.
Support "CEO-led projects"
These change depending on immediate need
Past examples: marketing campaigns, website redesign.
Support the leadership team, including the CEO, in managing business units and cross-functional initiatives.
Lead minor marketing projects to support company objectives.
Plan and execute company events and activities.
Maintain and enhance the office environment in Tel Aviv.
Coordinate internal and external resources while fostering relationships with vendors.
Drive new business initiatives, conducting research, proposing solutions, and navigating challenges to successful outcomes.
Requirements:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Hands-on attitude with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
Flexibility and readiness to grow and change with the company's needs
Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and forecasting - you're not afraid of a little Excel ;)
Strong time management, flexibility, and multitasking ability.
Hebrew and English proficiency.
Advantage:
Proven experience in an operational leadership role, ideally within a startup or growth-stage company.
Education or experience in Law or Finance
