Social Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a motivated, highly analytical, and detail-oriented Social Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Channels Department.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize large scale performance-based campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
• Monitor and analyze activities’ KPIs including CPA, ROI, CVRs
• Conduct marketing research & Analyze marketing performance data
• Identify and respond to changes in market trends & competition
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize and expand performance

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing international large-scale ($100K+) Facebook campaigns with an emphasis on direct response
• Familiarity with other online acquisition channels (Display, Native - an advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data-driven insights
• Collaborate and communicate well with team members and stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
• English at a high professional level - a must
