As the Head of Integrated Communications at Intuit Israel, you will lead the communications strategy and a team of communicators for Intuit Israel. Our company is at the forefront of its industry, offering innovative financial solutions. Your primary mission is to develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with Intuit's core values, enhancing our business objectives. You will be part of the site leadership team, directing key communication functions, including employee communication, public relations, executive communications, and social media.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 10 years of Corporate Communications experience
• People leadership experience
• Experience working for a multinational corporation, preferably in a high-technology field
• Dual-native English and Hebrew speaker
• Proven ability to develop and implement integrated strategic communications plans for large, complex, and global organizations
• Exceptional skills in counseling senior executives on internal and external communications
• Collaborative, influential, and capable of inspiring confidence and trust among stakeholders at all levels

How you will lead

• Strategic Communications: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic communication plan that establishes Intuit Israel as a leader in the fintech corporate sphere. Driving the company's strategic goals across internal and external audiences, including business and tech media.
• Executive Support and Counsel: Provide strategic communications counsel and support to the site leader and C-Suite, serving as a trusted advisor. Identify and secure speaking engagements and forums that position our senior executives as industry leaders.
• Connected Storytelling: Develop and help ensure a consistent and connected storytelling approach for corporate narratives across internal and external audiences and channels.
• Collaborate with the Global Communications team: maintain consistent corporate messaging, as well as clear communication of our business goals, strategies, and performance, to a diverse array of internal and external audiences. Contribute to strategic communications initiatives and programs through relevant insights and learning from local experiments.
• Team Leadership: Lead and further develop Intuit Israel's communications team, fostering a world-class communications environment. Provide direction and coaching to enhance both internal, executive, and external communications.
• Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage potential issues that could impact our reputation.
• Strengthen Intuit Brand and Reputation: Strengthen and enhance Intuit Israel's brand and reputation, both within the tech industry and externally among top tech talent.
