Product Manager- web/mobile

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help us contribute and shape the future of education

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for a web/mobile product line. The ideal candidate should combine technological fluency, a strong sense of user experience, attention to detail, business insight, and most importantly a passion for the field of education

:Responsibilities

I⩥ Lead the success and growth of the product by developing a product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework and seek opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience

I⩥ Gather and analyze product requirements, specifications, and write user stories that align with the product strategy

I⩥ Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, Data, etc) to guarantee a smooth, and efficient implementation

I⩥ Monitor product performance and conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement, and conduct market and profitability analysis

I⩥ Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of product releases

:Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in product management, and leading web/mobile products ◈

Significant knowledge and proven experience in UI/UX best practices ◈

Experience in managing pedagogical projects and learning systems – advantage ◈

Relevant academic education (at least a bachelor’s degree) ◈

Strong business acumen and creative thinking skills ◈

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ◈

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ◈

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams ◈

Adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment ◈

Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to details ◈
