A growing diagnostics company is looking for a sales and application support manager for hospital laboratories in the field of hematology/pathology.

A field position that combines sales development and application support.

Responsibilities:

• Mapping, market analysis, and implementation of a marketing strategy.
• Initiating and cultivating relationships with hospital laboratory managers, medical engineering and purchasing personnel.
• Ttraining and demonstrations before the sale (including validations and product approval).
• Application support and solving various problems, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Promoting processes, business development and expanding sales.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in life sciences - must (advantage for a M.Sc. in the field of life sciences)
• Previous experience in hospital laboratories in the field of hematology/pathology/molecular biology - must
• Ability to lead sales processes and activity development
• Experience in negotiation
• Service awareness and training ability
• Ability to work together
• high level English
• Willingness for field work
