QA Specialist (Temporary)

Summary of the role and team:

The Quality Assurance Specialist has overall responsibility for establishing and implementing process and product quality control system. S/he works as a core member of the quality team and with operation and R&D teams to develop the local quality and food safety plans to enhance compliance by reducing non-conforming products and processes.

Your Day-to-day:

• Gathers all process and product controls identified as required in food safety and quality risk assessments.
• Develops and implements corresponding quality assurance procedures and methods for all company departments and validates them.
• Prepares and schedules training to cover quality assurance procedures.
• Monitors compliance with quality assurance requirements, analyzes results for trends.
• Audits departments for compliance with implemented quality requirements and communicates reports.

The ideal candidate

Must-Have:

• BSC in food/ biotechnology engineering/ chemistry/ biology or equivalent.
• 2 years of hands-on quality assurance work experience.
• Clean room work experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP/GLP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
