For a leading Fintech SaaS company

The Head of Marketing

will play a critical role within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS Fintech company

I will report to the CRO.

The ideal candidate must have a clear vision for the future of local and regional marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategies to drive marketing and lead generation activities to maximize revenue and establish market leadership.

· Hands-on responsibility for lead generation and marketing automation.

· Oversee and manage a small marketing team.

· Provide mentorship (training) to global marketing team members to ensure they are achieving their full potential

· Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

· A bachelor’s degree in an applicable field is required. MBA or advanced degree a plus.

· 7+ years of experience as a lead generation director/ marketing director/ head of marketing/ VP marketing in a SaaS software company- a must!

· Hands-on experience with lead generation- a must

· Experience in marketing leadership roles leading global marketing teams a must!

· Prior experience in a SaaS company – a must!

· English mother tongue level- a must!
