Product Manager- Facebook Operator Solutions

Meta Product Managers work with teams of engineers, designers and product analysts to build products. Product Manager- Facebook Operator Solutions Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
• Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment and grow our teams by closing gaps and set processes and standards to drive better team health
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in product management or related industry
• Broad experience analyzing complex, large-scale systems and making decisions based on data
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field OR 4+ years working as engineer in an complex technological company
• Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
• Technical experience with architecture of complex systems, methodologies, and design
• Proven experience of leadership, organizational and execution skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with the telco industry
• Experience working in developing markets in either B2B or B2B2C space
