We are looking for a Project Manager to join our product team in Jerusalem. This is an amazing opportunity to work on an emerging product, closely collaborating with global higher-education institutions. The team reports to the Director of Product Management. We have a great skill set in product building, customer success, and going to market, and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in project management and inbound and outbound communication.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

At least 2 years experience in project management for a global tech company
At least 1 year experience in outbound and inbound communication
Excellent soft skills and a proven team player
Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experience
Proficiency in English at an advanced or fluent level

It would be great if you also had . . .

Experience with the higher education industry
Experience with managing SaaS product projects

What will you be doing in this role?

Coordinating projects with lead libraries around the world
Coordinating internal projects in Ex Libris
Facilitating communication between the Ex Libris product team and customers, often during off-work hours
Facilitating communication between the Ex Libris product team and internal departments

The product you will be developing

Rosetta is a SaaS-based digital asset management and preservation solution for higher education and public libraries. Rosetta guarantees the preservation, maintenance, and showcasing of special collections of digital assets in one place.

About The Team

You will be working with a highly motivated product team, with vast experience in driving SaaS products forward for the higher-education industry.

Hours of Work / More important information for you:

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model

This is a full-time position.
