About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to take charge of the transition process from development to large-scale production, focusing on mechanical assembly and cable-related aspects.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of mechanical/wiring assembly instructions using CAD software
• Management of multi-disciplinary products
• Lead the product design transfer from R&D to mass production in emphasis on the mechanical assembly aspect and the cables
• Building product BOM and manage the product in the PLM system
• Manage DFx process of the product
• Work/manage TK subcontractors local and oversea
• Engineering product management during product lifecycle
• Support production line troubleshooting local and oversea
• Communication with departments in the organization: R&D, marketing, operation….
  
  

• Practical Mechanical Eng (B.SC is advantage)
• Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar (Solid Edge – advantage) – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience with similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Multi projects management - under time constrain and pressure
• Proven experience production processes such as SMT, wave soldering, press fit, mechanical integration, packing
• Independent learning ability, management skill, organized and have a good eye for details
• Proven experience of 2years at least with Agile PLM system
• Proven hands-on skills
• Proven experience with TK projects
• Excellent software skills with Microsoft office
• Travel to subcontractors local and oversea – once a year
• Language English & Hebrew
