Persona.ly is a global company developing a machine-learning based RTB platform

with representations in India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, US, Europe, and headquarters in Rehovot, Israel (short walking distance from the train station).

Our team works closely with some of the world's best mobile apps in different verticals such as

gaming, fintech, and e-commerce. We help their growth efforts in user acquisition and

retargeting and provide them with data-driven insights from our custom predictive ML models,

which process over 2 million transactions a second!

You will:

● Monitor, analyze and optimize mobile app advertising campaigns.

● Invest much thought in different ways to achieve KPIs, while dealing with a significant amount of real-time data, trials, and errors.

● Work closely with product and business development teams.

Desired experience and skills:

● Proven experience in User Acquisition/ DSPs/ MMPs-must!

● Strong analytical mindset! Real analytical thinking, investigation sense.

● High sense of urgency, ownership and proactivity.

● Background in statistics/math/Industrial engineering/ data analytics- advantage
