Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Oracle EPM Consultant. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, but some remote work is acceptable. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and business processes, configuring the Oracle EPM system, and ensuring timely resolution of issues that arise. Moreover, the consultant will participate in designing, developing, and implementing custom functionalities in Oracle EPM and will lead project implementations from requirement gathering to user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle EPM or Hyperion implementation
• Experience with full life-cycle implementations, upgrades, and migrations of Hyperion/EPM applications
• Strong understanding of Hyperion/EPM and Data Warehouses & Models
• Ability to understand, articulate, and solve complex business issues
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience working closely with clients to identify requirements and assess business needs
• Ability to work independently or within a team to achieve project goals
• Relevant certification in Hyperion/EPM is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
