Product Marketing Manager 

Job Overview: As a PMM in PractiTest, you will play a key role in connecting sales, marketing, CS, and Product in supporting our customers with the best test management platform. 

You will be responsible for understanding the product’s value proposition, various target audiences, and competitive landscape. You will use this knowledge to develop effective marketing collaterals to support customer acquisition and retention. 

Report to: VP Marketing

Key Responsibilities:   

• Market research & analysis: Identity customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape 
• Sales enablement: Provide sales teams with tools and materials to effectively convey our product value proposition  
• Customer education & retention: Develop strategies to promote product adoption, upselling, and customer loyalty  
• Content & collateral creation: Create supporting content and ensure it is aligned with the overall messaging and strategy.

Qualifications: 

• BA in marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) 
• 3+ years of experience working as a PMM in a SAAS B2B company (Testing/DevTools - a strong advantage) 
• Native-level English fluency 
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, L&D platforms, and HTML - a strong advantage
