Software TechLead

DESCRIPTION

abra R&D is looking for a Software TechLead!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership to development teams and drive complex digital projects.
Design and implement system architecture, develop and maintain applications using .NET, React, Angular, and NodeJS.
Work with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB) and develop/consume RESTful services.
Apply Agile methodologies and leverage tools such as JIRA, Source Control (Git/TFS), CI/CD (Jenkins), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience with .NET (C#/ASP.NET) and Frontend development (React, Angular).
Proven experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, NodeJS, and RESTful services.
Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), CI/CD, IIS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to lead development teams, coordinate across teams, and design software architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and self-learning capabilities.
