We are looking for an experienced crypto marketing professional to help scale our marketing efforts as our VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Create an overall marketing plan/strategy and execute according to goals and budget
• Build an inreach marketing framework - roadmap and tech updates, developer testimonials, community calls
• Provide transparency and constant communication updates for our community and protocol stakeholders by building an outreach plan; clarify our vision & mission, get the crypto community to engage with our work, monitor for constant growth in the number of people that care about our mission.
• Build basic support functions for our community: documentation, Discord-based community managers
• Hire and manage a well rounded team to help reach our goals (content, social media, designer, web dev, PR, etc.)
• Oversee our offline events and hackathons participation
• Work closely with other department heads to help the protocol reach its goals (product, R&D, operations, etc.)
• Work with 3rd party service providers: PR, branding, KOLs, etc.
• Create amazing content that will push community alignment for our mission
• Drive co-marketing initiatives with our partners and other communities
• Mastermind the mass adoption of DVT as a baselayer for Ethereum staking
  
  

• 3+ years of marketing experience in the crypto space
• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing executive
• Exceptional storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Crypto nativity, you live and breathe the industry and know the difference between value, messaging and shill
• KOL activation experience
• Budget planning and execution experience
• PR experience
• Willing to work on deep-tech and long term projects
• Experience in leading a team and building a well rounded unit (design, web, community, offline, content etc.)
• Brand, community and organic growth focused (we're less focused on paid campaigns, PPC and billboards)
• Exceptional project and timeline management, strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of how to engage with an active and vibrant community
• Offline events experience, If you know your way around hackathons - major advantage
• Ethereum staking ecosystem related involvement - advantage
• Blockchain protocols marketing experience - advantage
• DAO knowledge and experience - advantage
• Community and user support knowledge - advantage
• Native English speaker - Must
