ISO 9001 QMS Lead/Manager

Start Date: June 2023

LOA: No end date in mind, CM said could be extended forever

Location: Israel. Must be able to be onsite at both locations 1-2 times per month (Yokneam and Petah Tikva)

Client is in need of an ISO 9001 QMS Lead/Manager to handle internal audits and then report findings to stake holders. Instructions are in Hebrew so resource must be able to read and write Hebrew. Must also be able to speak English to communicate with teams on site. Resource must also be local to Israel and be able to be on site 1-2 times per month for each location. Part time- Work can be completed in a full day. Must also be able to follow the the Client's system of reporting. Client willing to pay for travel from neighboring countries not on sanction list.

Responsibilities:

• Follow audit instructions written in Hebrew.
• Follow the systems in place.
• Run internal audit reports.
• Report findings to stakeholders
• Work needs to be performed on-site at both Israel locations (Yokneam and Petah Tikva).
• Tasks given to last resource they had are in the table below.
• MISL is our Israel site while DNV is our ISO certifying body.

ISO 9001 Support Activities

• Internal Audit Planning Review internal audit matrix/schedule
• Internal Audit preparation
• Review of audit findings (DNV/Internal), process specifications.
• Perform Internal Audit per schedule (7 Business Process with 2 hours each for audit)
• Actual process audit meetings with process owners
• Internal Audit report preparation
• Internal audit corrective action meetings/follow up
• Meetings with process owners on corrective action and implementation plus updating internal audit report
• Management Review (Report preparation)
• Management Review & Meeting Minutes
• 1 hour for actual Management Review meeting/1 hour for Meeting Minutes preparation
• DNV Audit Preparation for MISL (Auditee preparation) Review MISL audit preparation slides for with Amiram.
• Amiram to conduct audit preparation meetings with MISL employees using the slides (meetings may be conducted in small groups)
• DNV Actual Audit support (Based on 2 man days)
• Escort and lead the DNV ISO9001 auditor during the 2 days audit
• Corrective action response to DNV Audit findings
• Work with process owners on developing a corrective action/process improvement plan as a response to DNV audit finding/s.
• Prepare final response to DNV
