Engineering Technical Program Manager

• Drive execution of engineering programs from development through production and deployment.
• Consolidate, track, and manage all engineering deliverables required to support program schedules.
• Identify missing information, unresolved dependencies, and technical gaps impacting execution.
• Drive action items to closure and ensure accountability across engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program execution plans and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate engineering releases, technical ation, ATPs, procedures, drawings, BOMs, and design packages required for NPI and production activities.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts and drive mitigation plans.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide clear status reporting to leadership.
• Ensure alignment between engineering priorities and program objectives.
• Support NPI, qualification, production ramp-up, and launch preparation activities.
• Track ECO implementation, design maturity, and engineering readiness.
• Escalate critical issues and drive timely resolution across organizations.
• Improve execution visibility, communication, and program governance processes.
• Ensure Operations and Manufacturing receive all required engineering outputs on time.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Systems Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong understanding of engineering development, NPI, manufacturing, and product lifecycle processes.
• Proven ability to drive execution across matrix organizations.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and issue resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel and project tracking skills.
• Fluent English – mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aerospace, electronics, telecommunications, or high-reliability manufacturing industries.
• Experience supporting hardware development and manufacturing programs.
• Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and program management tools.
• Experience working with global engineering teams and contract manufacturers.
