Financial Controller

Role Description:

1. Providing financial, accounting, and tax guidance to our clients.

2. Preparation of financial statements and Prospectus (IPO) for public listed companies in accordance with IFRS and USGAAP standards.

3. Preparation of periodic management reports (Budget, cash flow, forecasts, etc.).

4. Guiding and submitting reports to regulatory authorities – such as Israel Innovation authority (IIA), BIRD, Koril and Horizon.

5. Preparation of audited yearly and reviewed quarterly financial reports and overseeing communication with external auditors (BIG4).

6. Preparation of annual tax reports.

7. Support and oversee the bookkeeping and payroll team and ensure quality control over all financial transactions

Qualifications:

-       Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.

-       Experience in preparation of financial statements and implementation of accounting principles.

-       Experience in controlling/ finance management - an advantage.

-       Experience with public companies and/or high-tech companies - an advantage.

-       Knowledge in ERP systems – an advantage.

-       Responsible and deadline oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

-       A team player able to work and a strong service-oriented mindset.
