We are looking for an experienced Project Planner to join our dynamic team at Wearable Devices.

As a member of our operations department, you will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and driving the successful development and manufacturing of our cutting-edge consumer products. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented technology teams and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

You will report to the company’s Chief of Operations.

This is a student/ part-time position

Location - Yokneam Illit, Israel - job on-site

Responsibilities:

🎯 Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing teams, to gather project requirements, set priorities, and ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the product lifecycle.

🎯 Develop a detailed project plan, including milestones, work packages, and timelines.

🎯 Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address any issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.

🎯 Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates.

Requirements:

📌 You must have a demonstrated minimal two year track record as a project planner in a consumer electronics technology company.

📌 You have an academic degree in Industrial engineering, business management, or business administration.

📌 You are highly proficient with project management tools and software, such as Monday, Jira, and MS Project.

📌 You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.

📌 You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.

Advantageous:

📌 Experience with hardware and software development lifecycles, including customer product development and manufacturing processes.

📌 Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.

📌 2+ years of working experience in a company with 30+ employees.
