Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Credit Analyst at Discount Bank. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating credit applications to ensure creditworthiness and mitigate risk for the bank. The role will be primarily located in Rishon LeZion with flexibility for some work from home. The Credit Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for analyzing financial statements and making recommendations based on the data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a credit analyst or a related financial role
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with exemplary attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of financial statements, credit risk analysis, and credit underwriting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Moody's, and other credit analysis tools
• Ability to communicate analysis and recommendations clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with Israeli banking regulations and procedures is a plus
