New Product Introduction Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineering Support Specialist to assist in the continuous manufacturing process and the transition from development to production. This role involves the design of jigs, handling draft drawings, technical documentation, managing engineering changes, and finding technological solutions to ongoing challenges. Effective communication and collaboration with development, production, procurement, and quality departments are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support for the ongoing production process and facilitate the transition from development to production.
2. Design jigs and fixtures, handle draft drawings, and maintain technical documentation.
3. Manage engineering changes and ensure their smooth implementation.
4. Find technological solutions for recurring problems in the production process.
5. Maintain continuous communication and coordination with the development, production, procurement, and quality departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) or production support roles.
• Proficiency in PCB technologies and electromechanical components - must.
• Experience with SOLIDWORKS for mechanical design.
• Understanding of electromechanical drawings.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English, with a strong technical command of English.
