Role Description

The Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role located in Haifa, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• Comfortable with sales software and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the telecommunications or energy sector is a plus
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
