Electrical Engineering Consultant

TCM Technologies is looking for a Consultant in the field of Electricity for approximately 100 hours per month for one of its largest clients

Responsibilities

• Issuing operating permits for generators and production facilities (such as power plants, sewage plants, energy storage facilities, wind turbines, biogas, etc.) as well as learning and becoming familiar with the inspection work that includes field inspections of electrical facilities.
• The consultant will be required to assist the supervisor in handling permit applications and supervision, as detailed above.
• Providing consulting services to the supervisor in relation to requests for operating permits for an electrical installation.
• Documenting the details of the application and the documents, checking the documents attached to the application.
• Examining the application and the documents attached to it in relation to the compliance of the application and the installation with the provisions of the electricity regulations, and recommending the continuation of processing the application to the supervisor.
• Preparation for field audits of electrical equipment.
• Audit and field tour of the facility site and filling out the report forms prepared prior to the inspection.
• Submitting an opinion to the supervisor regarding suggestions for streamlining and improving the work processes.
• Status update regarding each work in the treatment until the treatment is completed.
• Improving the data in the required databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering from an academic institution recognized by the Israeli Council for Higher Education.
• Electrician engineer or electrical engineer license.
• At least 2 years of experience in the following areas:

1. Planning of electrical devices.
2. Execution of the establishment of electrical installations.
3. Inspection of an electrical installation.
4. Supervision of the establishment of an electrical facility and examination of its suitability to the facility's electrical plan, which includes examination of compliance with electrical regulations, Standards, manufacturer specifications, etc.
