Assistant to Sales Vice President - Executive Assistant

Job Description:

Concentrating and monitoring administrative tasks and requirements from customers and agents abroad, handling

them internally within the company.

Assisting the Sales Vice President in liaising with customers and group companies abroad.

Managing and tracking the shipment of marketing materials.

Providing administrative support for organizing local seminars, customer meetings, and training days abroad (the role does not necessarily involve traveling abroad).

Concentrating on and tracking sales reports.

Gathering and reporting quality complaints to internal departments (Quality Assurance) and response to customers.

Job Requirements:

Experience in a similar role as an assistant to a Sales Vice President and working with international customers.

Very high proficiency in English, both in conversation and writing. Additional languages are a plus.

Proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

Familiarity with CRM systems.

Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service abilities.

Capable of working under pressure and handling a variety of tasks.

A team player with a strong work ethic.

Independent and proactive.

Full-time position, Sharon region (the company is located between Hadera and Netanya).
