Controller

Sonova Israel is looking for a financial controller.

Responsibilities:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing all required financial statements, tax filings, and ongoing interactions with external accountants.-

Prepare monthly reporting packages for the parent company.

Prepare and maintain various reports supporting business needs.

Review payroll and expense reports

Develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize the team's activities and provide quality services.

Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

Be a key part of preparing the yearly budget.

What You’ll Bring

CPA with Big 4 experience – a must.

1-3 years of relevant work experience after internship- advantage.

Ability to work independently, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated.

Excellent Excel and Office skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced company, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.

High standards of accuracy and precision organized and detail oriented.

Excellent English
