- Working closely with the Product Manager to help the business unit attain its goals.
- Conduct business requirement gathering with clients overseas and internal stakeholders.
- Write functional requirements as user stories.
- Work closely with development to design the right solutions.
- Work with QA to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions
- Become a system expert – assisting the client with production issues and queries.
- English – Mother Tongue Level
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical background
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel overseas
- Detailed orientated. - must
- Competent in SQL - must
- Advantage – Background in Insurance
