What will you do:

CyberArk’s Product Owner (PO), a member of the R&D development team responsible for filling the gap between the market requirements Management and the solution that determines how to implement these requirements in our products. Using comprehensive business and technical knowledge, the PO accompanies the entire development process starting from the planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful release to our customers. The PO works closely with the Development Team, Product Management, Professional Services, Technical Writers, Customer Support, and Sales .

• Be the central focal point for all parties outside of R&D and work with external stakeholders in Product, Customer success, Technical writers and across R&D.
• Coordinating cross-team project in partnership with team leaders and group managers.
• Own the service technical road-map and product backlog, and build it to support CyberArk's SaaS business road-map
• Review and refine the product's business requirements for CyberArk SaaS solutions
• Analyze product business requirements and produce a functional design
• Ongoing validation and review of product backlog value (prioritization/correct elements)
• Define future release content by initial grooming/discovery together with the relevant stakeholders, initiate relevant researches together with the POs of other Development groups
• Make sure, together with the release manager, that ongoing deliveries are presented on time
• Utilize deep knowledge of SaaS products, Cloud environments and technologies, in order to deliver a world leading cyber security products to our customers.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in the software industry
• 2 years experience working with SaaS solutions or Cloud Environments
• 2 years of experience as product owner/product manager, in the software industry. Experience in creating and managing large functional solutions.
• BSc in computer-science/engineering, or 2 years hands-on experience in software development
• Proven management skills
• Analytical person who can control the details but still see the full picture
• Posses the technical skills required for understanding new technologies, challenges and SaaS architectures & solutions
• Previous experience in executing cross departments large scale software projects in enterprise organizations
• Learning and continuous improvement in nature
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Diplomatic and pragmatic - works with many stakeholders and drives for the optimal result
• Planning and visualization skills
• Information/Cloud security experience – an advantage
• Proven Agile experience
• Fluent in English
