Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Optimization Project Manager to enhance the efficiency and transparency of our client's sales processes across various business units. This role involves identifying potential gaps in sales cycles, implementing strategic solutions, and optimizing operations to prevent revenue loss. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, sales analysis, and project management within large, complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and identify potential revenue loss points within sales cycles across different business units.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize sales operations, fostering transparency and minimizing potential revenue leakage.
- Monitor and assess sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead sales optimization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to sales teams, promoting adherence to standardized processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for sales optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales analysis, and project management within large tech companies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management abilities, including prioritization, deadline management, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales technology tools.
