Lead Front End Software Engineer

NICE Actimize is seeking a capable full-stack developer to join our X-Sight team. We are creating a platform that allows the world's largest financial institutions to fight, prevent, and manage financial crime. In X-Sight you will have a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies to build cloud-based services. The new PaaS will be served to software developers for creating solutions that fight financial crime and will be used by the biggest financial institutes in the world.

As part of the SaaS development team (X-Sight), you will be responsible for developing our new platform and infrastructure analytics capabilities for Actimize Cloud-based solutions.

The development will be done in an agile environment that generates working software automatically and frequently (CI/CD).

The SaaS platform is currently being developed from scratch and runs on AWS.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leader and be a knowledge center of UI technology and development.
• Work with offshore teams, educating reviewing, and distributing knowledge.
• Being a focal point for Frontend tasks for all teams and directors
• Working with UX and PMs to define tasks and initiatives
• Close relationships and communication with multiple backend teams on multiple regions
• Development of a web-based application for the X-Sight SaaS platform.
• Full ownership over the development lifecycle of features according to design documents and enterprise software standards.
• Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology, and tools.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of industry experience in software development (main focus on Frontend) with strong design principals, and strives to write clean, reusable Web Applications
• "Frontend Experience in one of the following: Vue.js (Vue, Vue R), Closure. (Angular & react are advantages)
• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering
• A comprehensive familiarity and proven experience in OOD/OOP
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript & CSS
• Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
• Excellent communicator with good spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices and mainly docker/container, spring boot applications running on K8S.
• Experience working in a SaaS product company.
• Experience with CI/CD technologies (Jenkins etc.)
• Knowledge of secure code practices.
• Experience with cloud providers.
• Experience in leading development following Agile framework with knowledge across Agile concepts and methodologies.
