The Job

We are looking for a detailed Bookkeeper in TLV to join our global finance team. the candidate will be responsible for recording day to day financial transactions, completing the posting process, and bringing the books to the trial balance stage.

Your Day-to-Day Role

• Perform all activities related to accounts payable including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors and credit card reconciliations.
• Responsibility for several bank accounts including daily reconciliations and monthly controls.
• Report to all Israeli tax authorities as needed. (VAT, 102, 126 etc.)
• Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements
• Prepare monthly provisions (Expense Payable, Prepaid Expense) and Fixed assets management
• Support Month End closing
  
  

Your Work Experience

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2/3)
• At least 3 years experience of bookkeeping in the tech industry
• Experience with Netsuite (a MUST)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  
  

Important Details

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Tel Aviv office a minimum of 3 days a week to maximise collaboration and interaction with business. Travel may be required.
