What You Will Do: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and assume full ownership of IRONSCALES Phishing Simulation & Security Awareness Training solution. In this position, your primary objective will be to develop and implement a strategic vision and roadmap that empowers the organization and mobilizes employees to serve as the vital final line of defense behind our vast ML-Powered Detection and Remediation. 

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Take full ownership of the IRONSCALES Phishing Simulation & Security Awareness Training, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and execution of the product vision.
• Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use this information to drive product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful development and launch of product features.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the product's market reach.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative solutions and staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

What We Need from You: 

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
• Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using analytics tools and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
• Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering value to end-users.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Leverage AI and ML technologies to enhance the product's capabilities,
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, phishing threats, and security awareness training (Advantage).
