Quality Assurance Operations Manager

We are looking for an excellent QA Operations Manager to join our team in Israel.

Job Description:

• You will manage a team of QA personnel responsible for QA Operation activities including but not limited to:
• Responsibility for planning activities to support manufacturing of quality products (QC, batch release, non-conformances, etc.)
• Responsibility for supplier quality activities (qualification, audits, etc.)
• Review and approve documents related to operations/ production as quality representative
• You will Lead daily operational initiatives a proven track record of operational execution while retaining high quality of the deliverables.
• You will analyze and present quality monitors
• You will lead additional activities in the QA department upon needed.

Job Requirements:

• Education:
• BSc in Bio – Medical / Bio- Technology or any other engineering, or CQE certification – a must

• Job skills:
• 3-6 years of experience in the medical devices industry, out of which at least 2 years in management position – a must
• Knowledge and experience in medical devices QA processes – a must
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing in clean rooms – a must
• Experience in statistical analysis - advantage
• Must be able to mentor Quality personnel in the necessary skills to review and approve highly technical documentation.

• Computer skills: Proficiency in Office products - Must

• Language skills: Fluent English - Mother tongue level
