System Team Lead

For a large and technological organization, a System Team Leader is needed. The role includes professional responsibility for technologies and infrastructure in the Information Systems department - servers, computer rooms, specification, and implementation of new systems, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Management of the system team (Microsoft & Linux) in a server-intensive environment and hands-on work.

Responsibilities:

• Innovative computing infrastructure, servers, operating systems, storage and backup technologies.
• Ongoing maintenance of computing systems.
• Building and implementing recovery and data availability processes.
• Troubleshooting and providing service for operational processes at all levels.
• Knowledge base management, work processes - network book, topology, documentation.
• Professional support for service and support teams.

Qualifications:

• Managerial experience / Tech Lead / managerial skills/team leadership.
• Demonstrated experience of 3 years as a system team member.
• Experience in a work environment with hundreds of servers.
• Experience in systems in Windows server environments such as DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and Active Directory.
• Experience in Linux server environments.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
• Experience in virtualization systems such as VMware ESXi.
• High-level English (technical and conversational proficiency)."
