Expert (CSAE), a leading provider of Cloud & Cyber Security servicesand Top Solution Provider and reseller of Microsoft, f5, Check Point and more.

As CSAE, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing technical expertise to develop the relationship with our customers at pre-sale stages.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their unique requirements, and design Cyber Security and Modern Work systems architectures that align with their business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure the successful analysis of customer requirements and matching the right solutions with the suitable commercial framework.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building and nurturing trust and domain expertise based relationships.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers in pre-sale stages, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing appropriate solutions.

• Design and architect Cloud systems based on customer requirements, leveraging your expertise in IT systems architecture design and unique services.

• Conduct webinars, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop comprehensive proposals and statements of work (SOWs) that address customer needs.

• Provide pre-sales support, including troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to content creation efforts, including linkedin posts, newsletter and customer community articles, technical documentation/videos, to educate and engage customers.

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise.
