DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

Defining, developing, and maintaining deployment processes for development, testing, and production environments.

Maintaining production environment in the cloud (AWS)

Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, including setting up automated builds, testing, and deployment processes.

Assimilating internal/external tools. Staying current with emerging technologies and trends.

Creating and improving existing automation for provision environments, deploy applications, and orchestrates tasks.

Developing strong partnerships with R&D teams, creating continuous feedback loops that enable the business to adopt tooling, practices, and approaches coming out of your area.

Leading projects end-to-end by gathering requirements from customers, define timelines and implementing the solutions.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure / Site Reliability Engineer.

3+ years of professional experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, and Python,.

Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.

Experience with infrastructure-as-code (like Terraform and Ansible).

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker swarm.

Experience with Git.

Experience with Linux administration.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Programming experience in Groovy or Jenkins- advantage.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - meaningful advantage
